The Lofts at Locust Hill Townhomes Association, Inc. was established by W & T Development Corp, the developer in January 1998. The 71 properties include 24 townhomes located on Rio Dosa Drive, 18 located on Santa Fe Court and 29 located on Bonanza Drive.
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Reservations and Easement of Lofts at Locust Hill Townhomes was established on January, 7 1998 by W & T Development Corp. the developer.The Association was organized, and By-Laws were adopted by the Board of Directors of the Association, for the purpose of administering the Community known as The Lofts at Locust Hills Subdivision.
The members of the Association consist of each individual owner by acceptance of the deed to the residence
of the community. The Board consists of members of the community that volunteer their time to the mission of protecting property
values, and preserving peaceful, stress free living within our community.
The Lofts at Locust Hill Townhomes Association is registered through the Division of Planning.
Lexington-Fayette County has a strong network of over 250 neighborhood and homeowner's associations. The Lofts at Locust Hill Townhomes, Inc. does not discriminate against any persons, because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin or age.
